I too have been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, a few weeks ago. Luckily my doctor told me it might be reversible, if I put in the effort. Same as you said: lose weight, more physical activity and sleep better (which is also linked to the weight issues).
It’s good to hear we’re not alone in trying to beat it!
